Spot-Tech strategy is based on consistently reevaluating its techniques, cleaning, and service in order to improve client satisfaction, job efficiency, and productivity, and to raise the standards of carpet restoration.  We set new standards of cleaning and service with state of the art equipment, chemicals, procedures, and trained and motivated employees.

Spot-Tech's profit principle is keeping satisfied and loyal clients.  Our method of accomplishing this is to reward productive employees that represent our high standards of honor, integrity, commitment, and responsibility.  We continue to place a high priority on efficient and productive job scheduling.  We will make every effort to give our employees predictable schedules.


We don't want good client service.  We expect INCREDIBLE client service that results in letters and calls from people who can't believe that they were treated so well.  We don't want good quality work.  We expect a job done so well that the client will NEVER EVEN CONSIDER using another cleaner.

At Spot-Tech we talk a great deal about changing the standards.  Then, we get out and DO IT!


All of our employees are professionally trained, career driven, certified technicians, including office personell.  Employees are required to pass drug testing and government background checks before being hired.  All technicians are required to wear company uniforms and be clean and presentable at all times.  Our employees represent our business and therefore are expected to portray our attitude of high standards and friendly service at all times.  This is to insure our clients the most knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy team for your cleaning needs.
